Aged to perfection rum vault turns 1!

Join us by the poolside at CoCoRum Bar for a high-voltage evening of groovy music and decadent cocktails by the award-winning bartender, Supawit Palm Muttarattana of Vesper from Bangkok. Combining flair with creativity, Palm showcases a selection of signature concoctions from his Art Book menu inspired by the Modern Art movement. CoCoRum affable barkeep, Samart Mee Khethong will ring in this evening by mixing a new rum, which will be barrel-aged to celebrate this milestone. With the addition of a special cocktail dedicated to the coconut island, we promise to keep you in high spirits, while the DJ spins the mood for the evening!

The sun is never going down

Bringing an island flavour to the anniversary celebrations, Supawit Palm Muttarattana of Vesper from Bangkok together with Samart Mee Khethong of CoCoRum have come up with a delicious new cocktail. Zacapa 23 meets Luxardo Bianco Bitters, coconut water and a dash of chrysanthemum for a slice of the island life!

El presidente

Experimenting with flavours and techniques, the first batch of rum aged and bottled at the Vault – El Presidente - is now available in the private bar in the Private Villas at the Resort. Mastering the fine art of ageing, the team of expert mixologists has infused a cask character into the cocktail mix of Diplomatico Mantuano and Macino Rosso with a splash of Joseph Carton Triple Sec and grenadine, letting it age for three months at the Rum Vault.
